Let’s think of your mind like an iceberg. The conscious mind is the part above the water—the bit you can see. It’s relatively small but plays a big role in your day-to-day awareness.

The subconscious mind is the massive part of the iceberg hidden beneath the surface. You don’t actively think about it, but it’s always working behind the scenes, like a supercomputer. It stores your memories, beliefs, habits, emotions, and automatic responses.



The subconscious mind holds beliefs that were originally created to protect you. These beliefs may have served a purpose at one point, but as life changes, they can become outdated and even hold you back. To make lasting changes to your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, it’s essential to get to the root cause hidden in the subconscious mind.


What is Hypnotherapy and How Does It Work?

Hypnotherapy is a type of therapy where a trained professional helps you enter a deeply relaxed, focused state of mind—kind of like a daydream. In this state, your conscious mind takes a back seat while your subconscious becomes more active and open to suggestion. This makes it easier to change thoughts, feelings, or behaviors in a positive way.

For example, hypnotherapy can help with reducing stress, breaking bad habits (like smoking), overcoming fears, or even managing pain. Unlike the dramatic portrayals you see in movies, no one’s going to make you cluck like a chicken! Instead, hypnotherapy is a collaborative process where you’re always in control, fully aware, and simply guided toward healing and growth.


RTT: The Fast-Track to Transformation

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a specialized form of hypnotherapy developed by renowned hypnotherapist Marisa Peer. RTT combines the best elements of hypnosis, regression, and reframing to produce transformative results—fast. It could be described as a “super therapy.” RTT is designed to create permanent change, often in just one to three two-hour sessions.


RTT is an interactive process where the therapist and client work together to uncover the root meaning and interpretation of past events in your life. When we revisit these moments, you’re not reliving them—you’re reviewing them from a place of safety and understanding. This allows you to see how those events shaped your current thoughts or behaviors.


RTT enables your mind to guide your body—to heal itself, replace fear with excitement, or change how you feel and react. By harnessing the brain’s natural ability to form new neural pathways (a process called neuroplasticity), RTT rewires your mind, removing outdated beliefs and replacing them with ones that truly serve you.
