Dawn’s Anti-Aging Protocol

Skin Health, Telomere Length, and Immunity

Most peptides benefit from being cycled. Twice a year seems to be the optimal conclusion for using them, but you can do it more often or less depending on your needs. Peptides are good for up to 3 years when stored in a cool dark place, so you can keep some on hand for when you need them!

Epithalon: 10-30 days of Epithalon every six months is great for longevity and telomere length. Telomeres are the ends of your DNA, and their length is a measure of your cellular aging.

GHK-Cu: Amazing for skin, hair, and collagen. Almost considered a BioRegulator Peptide which is high praise. May help with thinning or weak skin. Daily dosing for as long as desired.

Melanotan 1: Great for spring into summer, helps with tanning! May make you less sensitive to burning, minimizes tan lines, and helps avoid excessive sunscreen use.

Thymosin Alpha 1: Boost your immunity and avoid getting sick. Protocol is 3-10 doses 2 x a year, or use acutely when someone near you falls ill or you are sick.

Growth Hormone: Ipamorelin by itself, or used together with MOD GRF can safely help boost growth hormone. Protocol is often 3 months on, 3 months off.

KPV: Helps with skin, gut, eczema, psoriasis, and other autoimmune conditions.

MOTS-C: Increases athletic performance, helps with fat burning, augments mitochondrial health.

Dawn cycles Epitalon and GHK-Cu twice a year, uses Melanotan weekly during the spring and summer, and Thymosin Alpha 1 in the fall before flu season. She uses MOTS-C before key athletic events.
