What does cellular voltage mean, and why does it affect energy?
Direct answer
Every cell maintains an electrical charge across its membrane, produced largely by the movement of mineral ions such as sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium. That charge drives nerve signalling, muscle contraction and repair. When mineral status is poor the charge is harder to maintain, which is where voltage and mineral testing overlap.
